Can I change or update the products during my live event?

Integrated Checkout

If you are using Livescale's integrated checkout solution with Shopify, you can change or update your featured products directly from your Shopify account during your live shopping event. 

To do this, make the necessary changes on your Shopify admin panel and click the "Sync Products" button at the top right of the control room:

Warning: It may take a while for the products or collection to synchronize from Shopify. We highly recommend that you preview your product catalog before your event to make sure that all your products are visible in your carousel. 

Redirected Checkout

If you are using Livescale's redirected checkout solution, however, it is not possible to change or update your featured products during your event at this stage. Please make sure to preview your product catalog before your event to check that all your products are visible in your carousel.
