At the moment, there is no way to download your real-time chat with your recording, as only the raw video portion of your live shopping event will be recorded. This video does not include the chat nor the overlays (e.g. product highlights and announcements) on the video.
Pro tip: If you have an Advanced or Enterprise plan, you can export your entire chat history with associated timestamps in a csv file directly from the Livescale Dashboard in your event Analytics.
