To sync your Shopify collections and see your products, you need to make sure that your products AND collections are available in the Livescale Sales Channel in the Shopify Admin Panel.
*Important note: Only 1 collection can be synched within a Live Event.*
Product Availability
In the Product tab, click on the product page > Check Product Availability > Check the Livescale box (Make sure your Products are set available within the Livescale Sales Channel)
Collection Availability
In the Collection tab, click on the collection page > Check Collection Availability > Check Livescale box ((Make sure your Collection (s) are set available within the Livescale Sales Channel)
