It is always frightening to see your video cut during a live event. However, the best way to overcome that is to thoroughly analyze the problem and identify the cause.

1. Did you receive a notification during your live event?

If you did receive a notification or a call while streaming, it is possible that it forced the video stream to stop and cut the live. To prevent this in the future, set your phone in "Do not disturb" mode. This will prevent the notifications from interrupting your live.

2. Is the stream quality in the Control Room indicating an issue?

If the stream quality indicator in the Control Room does not show "Excellent", it is possible that your feed has trouble reaching the server and cuts may ensue. To avoid that, make sure to optimize your Wi-Fi and Internet settings.

3. Is your device low on battery?

Some devices throttle their performance when they are low on battery, which can cause the feed to become unsteady. It is always good practice to charge your phone and configure your phone to maximize battery life when livestreaming.
