How can I download a recording of my Live Shopping event?

You can download a recording of your Live Shopping event after each event is complete. Use this recorded content to share with your community, or repurpose it for any other use!

Simply log in to your account, go to Analytics > Control Room > Download Recording. That's it!

Note:

• The "download recording" feature is not available for test events.
• The recording is only available for 7 days for Starter and Pro plans.
• Only the video portion of your Live Shopping event will be recorded. This does not include the chat nor the overlays on the video.
• It is not possible to purchase after a Live Shopping event is over.
