If you are using Livescale with our No Code Solution, you will require to import a CSV file containing the set of Products you are selling in your upcoming event.
Your CSV File should contain the following fields:
2. Product Image URL*
4. Compare At Price
5. Product Page Redirection*
*Fields required to be filled in CSV file*
*Should you not want to display a Product Price, please enter the value 0 in the price column*
You may download our CSV template directly from your Livescale Console, within the steps of creating your LIVE Event.
Once you have downloaded our CSV template, you may open the file in Excel by right-clicking on the file and selecting "open with".
Using the downloaded template, you may add your Product information in either Excel or Numbers.
Once you have completed filling in your Products information, it is now time to save the file again and make sure it is saved in a CSV format.
To do so, using Excel as an example, select "File ---> Save As ---> And make sure the format is "Comma Separated Values (.csv) " in the dropdown menu.
You are now ready to import your file into your Livescale Event!
Navigate back to Livescale Console, within your Event creation where you downloaded our CSV template, and import your file!
