      How do I activate closed captions on my event?

      To enable closed captions during your live event:

      1. Click on your workspace in the Livescale Console. 
      2. Go to "Store Settings". 
      3. At the bottom of the page, toggle the Closed Captions on. 
      4. Then, create your event. 

      Note:

      • Closed captions are only available in English at the moment.
      • Closed captions must be activated before creating your event.
