      How do I cancel my subscription?

      Note: This article contains information related to the old Livescale experience, which has been deprecated, and it may no longer be applicable.

       

      To cancel your Livescale subscription, follow these steps:

      1. Once logged into your Livescale account, click on your User Profile under "Workspace" on the lefthand side of the panel. ​
      2. Select Billing & Plan.
      3. Under the Plan tab, click on the 3 little dots on the right-hand side next to your current plan and select "Cancel Plan".

      Note: Only the "Store Owner" or "Super Admin" can access this feature.
