In the control room, you have access to the Chat Moderator module. This lets you interact with your audience and manage the chat during your event. If someone comes into the chat and makes inappropriate comments, you may remove their message or ban them.
How to remove a message
1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the message you wish to remove.
2. Select the "Remove message" button to delete the comment.
Note: The viewer will not know that you have removed their message. However, their messages will only be visible to themselves and not to anyone else.
How to ban a user
1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the message of the user you wish to ban.
2. Select the "Ban user" button. The user will be temporarily banned from using the comment function, but they can continue watching the live event.
