As an admin, you can invite members to join your Organization and/or Store according to your needs.

To invite a member, go to your Organization settings and find the Members tab. Click the Add Member button in the bottom right of your screen. Enter your member’s email address for them to receive an invitation and set their permissions.Choose a permission level for the member to set what they can see and do in the Dashboard. Giving someone Admin rights for the Organization will also give them Admin access to all associated Stores. If you choose to give them Member rights, choose which Store(s) you would like them to access for events, control rooms, and analytics. A user with Member rights cannot view settings for the Store or Organization.
