Before going live, make sure you have all your Store details ready to go for them to be applied to all scheduled events within your Store.

To add your brand logo and customer support email, go to your Store settings and edit the information there. For your brand logo, ensure that your logo is square and ideally 1080 x 1080 pixels for the most optimal experience.
Reminder: This brand logo is seen during the announcement and notify viewer feature pop-ups. The customer support email is used during chat ban and checkout.
Caution: If you forget to upload these before your event, you will have blanks.
