What are the different metrics in the analytics?

Assess the performance of your live events with our enhanced analytics, available per Event, per Store, and per Organization on the Livescale Dashboard.

Note: This article contains information related to the new Livescale experience and may not be applicable to the old experience.

View your Analytics per Event, Store, or Organization in the corresponding Analytics tab. The analytics at the Store level will encompass analytics for all Events, and the analytics at the Organization level will encompass analytics for all Events in all Stores.

1. Analytics Home

The Analytics Home gives you a snapshot into where viewers came from and what they were interested in. Get a quick glimpse into key overview metrics such as:

  • Sessions by device
  • Sessions by calendar
  • Session by country
  • Views by product
  • Sessions by source
  • Sessions by referrer

2. Metrics

The Metrics give you a detailed view into your event’s pre-live, live, and post-live data.

View all available data for your event in graph or table view. You can choose a specific date range to narrow your view. Select the full available date range to view your event’s lifecycle, or zone in one pre-live data to assess your marketing efforts.

In the metrics graph, choose a first metric, and plot it against a second metric to find interesting correlations about your viewers. Get more specific about your data by viewing it by the hour, day, week, or month.

In the metrics table, get granular with your data by viewing audience, interaction, and conversion metrics by specific dimensions.
