      Where can I find the number of hours left in my viewership package?

      Note: This article contains information related to the old Livescale experience, which has been deprecated, and it may no longer be applicable.

       

      If you have picked a viewership package, you can find your progress by following these steps:

      1. Go to the Livescale Console.
      2. Click on your workspace on the left-hand side.
      3. Click on "Billing & Plan".
      4. You will find your progress under "Prepaid Package".

      Note: Only the "Super Admin" of the workspace can access the invoice & billing details for the account.
