What are the metrics in my analytics?

Viewership

Name Definition
Unique viewers

The number of viewers who have initiated at least one session during the live. Whether they close the browser and revisit the live more than once, that person counts as one unique viewer if they use the same browser. Bounced viewers are included.

A same viewer can be counted twice in the following situation:

  1. If the user used a different browser

  2. If the user used different devices

  3. If the user clear the cache and history

Pre Live Views

The total number of unique view on the live shopping event page view before the join live button appeared/ the event go Live. A same viewer can be counted twice in the following situation:

  1. If the user used a different browser

  2. If the user used different devices

  3. If the user clear the cache and history

Average time on event Total view time/unique viewers. All bounced viewers are excluded.
Total Time on Event The total average time viewers spent watching your Live Shopping event. Bounced viewers' view times are not included in this calculation.
Bounce rate

Total unique viewers / viewers who have stayed less than 5 seconds.

Top Countries

The top countries where your viewers come from.

Traffic sources

The traffic sources are captured by the parameter you set after ?utm_source=

Device

The type of device your viewers used: desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Referral Referrals shows you sites that referred visitors to your event.
Shipping country

The shipping countries distribution for orders processed during the event.

Community

Likes

The total number of likes within the live event.

Shares

The total number of times viewers shared your event while you were live.

Chat

The total aggregate number of chats within the live event. One viewer may have one chat session, but multiple chats. All chats are counted in the statistic.

Chat Session

The number of unique users who have initiated a chat session during the live event.

Interaction rate

The number of viewers that have initiated at least one of the below interactions: like, share, chat, participation in poll(s).

Top Countries

The top countries where your viewers come from.

Remind Me

The number of viewers that added your event to their calendar.

Chat History

These are the chat logs of your live event.

Notified viewers

All emails obtained through the notify user feature during the live event.

Poll results

The result of the poll initiated during the live event.

Sales (for Integrated Checkout solution only)

Name Definition
Orders

Total amount of orders generated during the live event.

Sales

Total amount of sales generated during the live event.

Average Order Value

The average sales amount of the order generated during the live event.

Conversion rate

The percentage of viewers to complete a purchase, calculated from all total viewers in the live event.

Multi-item

Number of viewers in your event who have made a purchase with more than one item in their shopping bag.

Instant buy

Number of viewers who have purchased in your event by clicking the "Buy Now" instant buy path.

Add to bag

The number of event viewers who have clicked add to bag from a product page.

Checkout

The number of event viewers who have clicked on "Checkout from the shopping bag page or "Buy Now" from a product page.​

Shipping

The number of event viewers who have reached the shipping step in the checkout process.

Order review

The number of event viewers who have reached the order review step in the checkout process.

Payment

The number of event viewers who have reached the payment step in the checkout process.

Order

The number of event viewers who have successfully placed a complete order.

Most Purchased

Most purchased items.

Most Viewed

Items with the most clicks.

Transaction Status

The transaction status details in this session are information from your payment provider. You can contact your payment provider if you have any questions.
