      Where do I find my RTMP credentials?

      Here is where you can find the RTMP credentials for your event, and how to use them: 

      1. After creating your event, go to your event's Control Room.
      2. In the box on the left, choose "Other" in the list of streaming app options. A Stream URL and Stream Key will appear on your screen. These values will be unique to your event. 
      3. Use this information when you add a new destination in your chosen streaming app. In most cases, you will need to select the "custom RTMP" option as the destination. 

      Good-to-know: RTMP stands for Real-Time Messaging Protocol. It connects your video feed to Livescale so that you can livestream your live shopping event.
